Promotion for Human Aid and Community Development in Africa (PHACODA) was inspired by passion for Africa, PHACODA will create sustainable empowerment structure for unemployed, uneducated and business minded youths in collaboration with Nation’s Government, international Agencies and other Humanitarian Bodies to fulfill its project.

Our Goal
PHACODA’s goal includes enabling greater understanding of how skill acquisition in Africa can improve livelihoods and contribute to broadening the conceptual as well as the empirical basis to guide the developing policies and programs in Africa that promotes youth empowerment with the highest potential for tackling poverty and inequality. PHACODA as a Humanitarian body targets a skillful society in partnership with International Agencies, Nations Governments and other Humanitarian Bodies to Achieve Results of Great Empowerment in Africa.
